My experience with Heidi was better than I ever could have imagined! She was honest, realistic, dedicated and kind. Heidi was always available and willing to help us through things. One day Heidi was sick and couldn't make it to look at a house with us but she took care of arrangements so we were able to see the house anyway. Although she was sick she helped us put in an offer that same day on the house. We weren't always so lucky to have someone like Heidi helping us. Heidi worked tirelessly to help us find our dream house in the Bitterroot Valley. She did background research on numerous homes, and previewed them prior to our house-hunting visit to the valley which enabled us to focus only on the properties that met our criteria.She knows the valley, and really puts in the extra work to make sure your interests are represented.

The house we were selling was a 106 year old house. We were able to sell through a government-funded loan (rural development). In retrospect, I realize the ONLY way we were able to do so was with the perseverance Heidi showed. There were a number of obstacles inherent to selling a house that old that we were unaware of, as was Heidi - but this did not stop her from finding solutions as quickly as possible. Every obstacle was overcome with relative ease on our part -but with a lot of hard work, research, phone calls and emails on Heidi's part. She was always available and always honest and helpful. We had all the information we needed to make the best decision every time a decision needed to be made. Needless to say, we are extremely thankful that we were able to work with Heidi. I highly recommend Heidi as an agent for either a seller or a buyer. I have the utmost confidence that hard work is a part of who she is and I have no doubt that she will exceed your expectations no matter what your reason is for needing a real estate agent.
